- Supervised the annual review and approval of 400(+/-) ad valorem appraisals of centrally assessed mining properties for the oil & gas, metals, non-metals, sand & gravel, coal, and uranium industries with assessed values ranging from the low $1,000’s up to a few billion dollars.
- Since February 2011 completed 15-20 (+/-) oil & gas appraisals for ad valorem tax purposes with assessed values ranging from the low $1,000’s up to $250-$300 million.
- Supervises new and outstanding mining property appeals and penalties.
- Managed and oversaw the training/education of an appraisal staff of 10 employees (i.e., Trainees, Licensed Appraisers, & Certified General Appraisers).
- Managed and oversaw an annual Oil & Gas Industry Day meeting.

- Completed 28 appraisals on commercial properties (i.e., grocery store, gas & mini-mart, storage units, professional offices, small retail stores, auto shop, fast food, warehouse, multiple hotels, motel/RV park, a small strip mall, and land only) for ad valorem tax purposes as part of a county reassessment project ranging in values from $40,000 up to $4.2 million.
